Cubs are 8-10½ years old.

A Cub Scout Pack can have up to 36 Cub Scouts, dependent on adult leadership, etc, and the section is split into smaller groups these are called Sixes.

Cub Scouts can take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of a planned program of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors when conditions allow.

Activities will often give the Young people change to ‘run off a lot of steam’ while giving them plenty to think about.

Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.

What can you expect to do at Cubs?

  • Master new skills and try new things
  • Have fun and go on adventures
  • Make friends
  • Are curious about the world around them
  • Help others and make a difference, in their own communities and beyond

Every week, they gather in groups called Cub Packs to take part in lots of interesting and challenging activities – achieving anything they set their minds to and having lots of fun along the way.

Our Cubs meet on a Wednesday, please contact us for more details.
